The only personal data collected is gathered through the contact form, when you choose to fill it in:

- your company name (optional);
- your email address;
- the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential engagement. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for Clara Mathurin only. It is processed technically via Netlify (forms and hosting), a provider located in the United States acting as a processor, which frames transfers outside the European Union with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, then for a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange, before deletion.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to cm@clara-mathurin.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
