About
Clara Mathurin
After 9 years leading internal communications for large international corporations, in France and abroad, I now put that expertise to work for smaller, human-sized organisations, with concrete, actionable recommendations.
From construction to energy, via wines and spirits, I've led communication strategies in France, the UK and Australia, in both French and English.

A few standout projects
Launching a brand abroad
Led the identity rollout of a new internal brand (intranet, social channels, templates) for an energy-sector company.
Group-wide editorial strategy
Oversaw the internal magazine and newsletter of an international construction group, reaching 200,000 employees.
Multi-site internal communications
Led internal communications strategies for teams of 180 to 750 employees, across France, England, Scotland and Wales.
Major infrastructure projects
Communication for major construction projects in Australia (motorways, metro), valued at several billion euros.
Large-scale and tailored internal events
Produced internal events, remote and in-person, for up to 500 people for international groups.
Executive coaching
Coached executive committee members on their internal public speaking.
Education
A master's degree in communication, rounded out with a course in international business to learn how to apply it concretely within a company. And before that, a degree in English-Spanish translation, because I've always been a great lover of words!
How I work
I approach every project as an extension of your internal team: I take the time to understand your context, constraints and company culture before recommending anything. My goal isn't to leave you with a report, but with tools your teams can actually use.
